Cycle Gear is, in such a convenient spot for me. It’s right near the route I usually take after work, so I can just pop in real quick without, you know, going out of my way. Makes it way easier to grab gloves or little things I need without it turning into a whole trip.

Picked up a pair of gloves and a jacket from Cycle Gear, they’ve been solid so far. The stitching looks clean, the zippers don’t snag, and the fit was about what I expected. I’ve worn them on a few rides now and they’re holding up well. If you’re looking for decent gear without overthinking it or spending a ton, I’d say they’re worth checking out

I usually stick with another store out of habit, so I was a little hesitant to order here. But the website said it was in stock, I placed the order, and sure enough the store actually had it ready. might make me rethink where I shop next time.

My order arrived on time, so no complaints there. The box was a bit beat up though, with some dents and the tape coming loose in spots. Luckily, everything inside was totally fine and nothing was damaged. Packaging could’ve been better, but overall it was still okay

I went in not really sure what I was looking for with a helmet fit, like whether it should feel snug, too tight, loose in certain spots, all that stuff. He explained things in a really simple way, showed me what to check for, had me try a few options, and pointed out little things like how it should sit, how the straps should feel, and how it shouldn’t move around too much. He clearly knew the gear well, but didn’t make it feel complicated or overwhelming. I left feeling way more confident, kind of like when you finally get the right shoes, or the right jacket, or the right size gloves and you realize how much of a difference the fit makes.

I had a part break and kept putting off dealing with it because I figured it would be a whole thing. But the warranty process was actually really easy, and they got it fixed quickly with no hassle at all.

The jacket was snug without feeling too tight, the sleeves hit right where they should, and the gloves loosened up after just one ride. I didn’t have to mess with a return, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I’d say it was a solid experience...
